Development
Design: Paulo Liborio
Involved knowledge areas:
+
Mathematics and Physics (flexible metrology
solution's conception).
+ Calculation and design in electronics.
+ PCB design and prototypes assembling.
+
Basic mechanical design and assembling.
+ Programming for Microcontrollers
(firmware for metrology, communications and HMI).
Notice!
The plastic and metal parts of the device (except the electronics, the
flexible level sensor tube and its associated parts, and the flexible
fuel transaction tubes), come from a currently used rigid fuel probe
which was disassembled, being tapped with some of those plastic and
metal parts.
A final product won't have the design and
type of construction shown by this emulator. This device is only a
prototype of this technology with no market or commercial purpose!
The DCQ Emulator
FlexFisher is the nickname to the DCQrAmVA
project or simply DCQ Emulator.
It is a prototype probe based on a flexible body. It measures fuel's
level using the SFlexC & SFX5002
metrological flexible technologies without moving parts (see SFlexC
technology in this site).
